About Megan Richardson

Megan Richardson is an attorney at Kiefer & Kiefer. Born and raised in North Louisiana, Megan grew up in Monroe and spent summers on her grandparents' rice and soybeans farm near Oak Grove. She graduated cum laude from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in International Business and earned her law degree from Loyola Law School in 2009.

Her first few years of practice were in St. Charles Parish handling bankruptcy, family law, personal injury, and general civil litigation. She then spent several years in insurance defense, gaining knowledge of how insurers evaluate claims, which she now uses to benefit her personal injury clients. She handles all aspects of personal injury cases from filing claims and negotiating with adjusters to working with medical providers and the courts.
