Alan Bulnes

Alan Bulnes is a partner at Mickey Keenan, P.A. Born and raised in Tampa, he graduated from Jefferson High School, earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Florida State University, and obtained his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. Before joining the firm, Alan served as a criminal defense attorney with the Pinellas County Public Defender's office, where he served as first or second chair counsel in more than 25 jury trials. While in law school, he was certified by the Florida Supreme Court to participate in trials for the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office, handling four non-jury trials in the Juvenile Division. Alan then transitioned to civil litigation, defending insurance companies, corporations, physicians accused of medical malpractice, and parties in real estate malpractice claims. That experience in insurance defense gives his personal injury clients a strategic advantage throughout all phases of litigation.
