Joseph Uccello

Joe Uccello is a partner at Mickey Keenan, P.A., where he represents individuals injured by negligence in automobile, motorcycle, trucking, and boating accidents, as well as slip and fall and negligent security cases. He brings 15 years of legal experience and more than 100 trials to his plaintiff-side practice. Joe also serves on the 2026 Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association.

A third-generation Tampa native who grew up in West Tampa, he graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School, earned his bachelor's degree from Florida State University, and attended Stetson University College of Law. He began his career as a criminal defense attorney, handling cases from misdemeanors to felonies, before transitioning to personal injury law. Coming from a working-class family, Joe brings a strong personal connection to his clients' situations and is committed to holding insurance companies accountable.
