About Michael Keenan
Michael "Mickey" Keenan is the founder and managing attorney of Mickey Keenan, P.A. A native New Yorker, Mickey enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves in 1994 and relocated to Tampa to attend college. Before classes began, he deployed to Haiti for Operation Uphold Democracy. After returning, he studied at Hillsborough Community College, then the University of South Florida. He attended law school at the Levin College of Law, University of Florida, and in 2003, during his final semester, was called back to service for Operation Iraqi Freedom. After returning from the Middle East, Mickey began his legal career in insurance defense, first as an associate at Gallagher and Howard, then as a partner at Gallagher and Keenan. In 2014, he founded Mickey Keenan, P.A. with a focus on personal injury representation and personalized client service. Mickey has a record of multi-million-dollar settlements and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the American Association for Justice.
