William Groustra

William Groustra was born and raised in Little Rock, graduating from Little Rock Christian Academy. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Ouachita Baptist University and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. During law school he worked across a range of practices from civil defense and family law firms to the compliance team at Walmart Home Office in Bentonville. After law school he began at a small insurance defense firm in Little Rock before joining Rainwater, Holt & Sexton to focus on helping people directly.
