Michael Williams

Michael Williams has practiced law since 1998 and brings nearly three decades of experience to his clients. He began his legal career as an insurance defense attorney after first working as an insurance adjuster, giving him direct insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims, make decisions, and defend lawsuits. Since 2000, he has devoted his practice exclusively to representing injured individuals on the plaintiff side. He has extensive trial experience and focuses on ensuring clients receive fair treatment, honest guidance, and just outcomes.

His background on both sides of litigation allows him to anticipate defense strategies and advocate for maximum compensation. In addition to his law practice, Michael previously served as an Adjunct Professor at North Carolina A&T State University, teaching First Amendment law to upper-level journalism majors. He is an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
