About Brad Hendricks
Brad Lowber Hendricks comes from a family with deep roots in the law: his father, Lowber Hendricks, was an attorney in Little Rock and a former circuit judge in Pulaski County. Brad spent many years as a trial attorney concentrating almost entirely on medical malpractice, with a particular focus on representing children with cerebral palsy or other birth injuries caused by obstetric or pediatric malpractice. As a teenager, Brad was a passenger in a car struck by a drunk driver; the friend driving the vehicle did not survive, and doctors initially told Brad he would never walk normally again. He recovered, and that experience shaped his commitment to injured clients. In recent years his focus has shifted to managing the firm, one of the twenty largest in Arkansas. Brad is licensed in Arkansas, Texas, and Missouri. He received the Henry Woods Lifetime Achievement Award from the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association in 2011 and has received the Arkansas Bar Association Golden Gavel Award four times. In 2012, Newsweek recognized him among the leading plaintiff attorneys in the United States in auto accident law, medical malpractice, and personal injury.
