About Josh Mintz

Josh Mintz serves as Chief Operating Officer of Terry Bryant Accident & Injury Law. A native Houstonian, he grew up around personal injury law through his grandfather Carl Waldman, founder of Waldman & Smallwood in Beaumont. After graduating from the University of Texas with a B.A. in Government in 2000, Josh earned his J.D. from U.C.

Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in 2003. He went on to practice at firms including Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth and the Am Law 100 firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, as well as spending several years managing multimillion-dollar business segments in the corporate sector before returning to Houston. As COO, Josh oversees marketing, finance, human resources, technology, and administration, working closely with Mr. Bryant on the firm's overall direction and client service.
