Michael Simcoe

Michael Simcoe is a trial attorney with more than 20 years of personal injury experience and over 130 cases tried to verdict in courtrooms across Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in New Jersey before relocating to Texas, where he has exclusively practiced personal injury law throughout his career. Mr. Simcoe was Board Certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2024.

He is known for refusing to settle cases below fair value and for his willingness to take cases to trial against insurance companies. He has mentored many attorneys on courtroom skills and has conducted seminars on technology use at trial for lawyers from across the country. He and his wife, both trial attorneys, live in Houston with their two children.
