Spencer Welch

Spencer G. Welch serves as Of Counsel to Terry Bryant Accident & Injury Law. A Harvard Law School graduate and magna cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas Honors College with a B.A. in Economics, he spent years on the defense side of personal injury litigation before switching to represent plaintiffs. That background gives him direct knowledge of how insurers evaluate claims and structure their defense, which he now uses to the advantage of injury victims.

He is licensed in Texas and Arkansas and admitted to all U.S. District Courts in Texas. Among his notable matters, he uncovered that an official crash report had misrepresented the facts in a case rejected by two other firms, leading to a seven-figure wrongful death recovery for the client's family after a three-month investigation. He handles car accidents, trucking wrecks, workplace injuries, and catastrophic personal injury cases across Texas.
