About Michael Mitchell
Michael P. Mitchell is a Houston native and Bellaire High School graduate who brings trial experience from both the criminal and civil sides of the law. He earned a B.S. in Finance and Political Science cum laude from Trinity University in 2014 and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center in 2017, graduating in the top 20% of his class. During law school he interned for two U.S. District Court judges in the Southern District of Texas and clerked at Arnold & Itkin and Hicks Thomas. He then served as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County for nearly three years before joining Susman Godfrey as a staff attorney and later Potts Law Firm as an associate in personal injury and mass tort litigation. Mr. Mitchell joined Terry Bryant Accident & Injury Law in 2025 and has tried over 30 cases to verdict. He focuses on auto accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, workplace injuries, and other personal injury and wrongful death claims.
